Why use dust filters?

Dust extraction systems are crucial for both the health and safety of employees, the environment, and the surrounding area. The air you breathe consists not only of oxygen, but also of nitrogen, mold spores, (fine) dust, etc.

The lungs can only process a minimal amount of (fine) dust, and that is why we become ill when we inhale (fine) dust too often or for too long. Dust and sickness-related absence are strongly connected. It is therefore important that released substances are professionally extracted.

Dust extraction is important for many industries. Think, for example, of dust extraction in metalworking processes such as grinding, sawing and polishing, but also in distribution centers and DIY stores during loading and unloading as well as emptying bags, venting silos and bunkers, recycling, woodworking, interior construction, the food sector, waste processing, pharma, and the chemical industry.

                                                Mobile or stationary dust extraction systems

Our industrial dust extraction systems are widely applicable, both as a mobile filter and as a stationary dust extraction filter used as a central filtration system. Depending on the material to be filtered, various versions are available for coarse to very fine dust. The dust extraction systems are also suitable for applications and environments with ATEX zones.

The units are equipped with a dust filter with a dirt-repellent coating. Optionally, an extra fine HEPA filter can be installed. Thanks to the modular system, this can also be added afterwards.

To monitor filter saturation, the units are equipped with a filter indicator to monitor the filter condition. For dust discharge, a choice can be made between a dust collection bin on swivel wheels or a hopper, which can be fitted with a manual or automatic discharge valve.

Due to the compact design, a central dust extraction system or standalone unit installation directly near the dust source is possible. The fully stationary units are equipped with mechanically cleaned filter panels. Using a knocking system or compressed air valves, the filters are knocked or blown clean.

All units are equipped with an integrated fan housed in a sound-dampening enclosure. Optionally, an additional silencer can be installed. Thanks to the modular design, maximum flexibility in extraction volumes and configurations is possible.
